Boot camp!
I did this amazing boot camp class in central park tonight with my friend Essie!
It was challenging and fun. We did lots of squats, lunges, planks, push ups, running, and different strength exercises. Everything I needed and it was fun. The teacher is an english rugby player who now teaches physical education in the Bronx. Loved his accent and his humor. He really pushed me and told me I have an athletic build :).
Gonna be sore tomorrow.
Ps. I couldn’t stop thinking of the scene in bridesmaids where they are behind the tree doing the boot camp without paying. Hahaha
